We are a family owned and run business ensuring the best possible service avaliable. We guarantee this, when we send out a team of usually two or more cleaners by, giving profit sharing with our staff, which gives them more incentive to go the extra mile for you, the client.

Communication:

Clean & Clear knows that communication is an essential factor for providing the kind of service that one needs in today’s environment. Our procedures ensure that the flow of information within the organization reaches the correct individuals who need to act on that information. Our clients are provided with a communication/ sign in form, which is then used for reporting and any issues that may arise. An effective system in detecting and rectifying any problems immediately.

We encourage all of our clients to give us open and direct feedback on how we are doing. We seek to meet on a regular basis to discuss our service standards on how we are delivering the promise. Clean & Clear’s quality employee record is a direct result of the strict criteria we have set out.

Our Directors screen potential applicants. We endeavor to employ staff that are fluent in the English language, in return this ensures good communication at all times. This process commences with the aptitude and attitude test, which enables us to quickly establish the service personal we require. Our screening process also includes stringent reference checks with prior employers, references and security (police) checks.

 
   
Training Policy:

After selection the new employee is required to attend an induction and training program that details the following:

  • Safety
  • Customer service
  • Machinery and usage
  • Chemicals and usage
  • Hands on involvement in basic skills
  • Fundamentals of Clean & Clear’s methods and concepts.
